The Language of Literary Texts
This course deals with the intersections between language and literature. It concerns itself with the theoretical tools for the linguistic analysis of literary texts such as poetry, the short story, the novel, and drama. It provides students with the knowledge of linguistic and literary theories that they can use in describing, interpreting, and assessing literary texts.
